Problem Muscles are muscles that are not functioning optimally due to any number of physical or physiological reasons.  Some common causes of muscular dysfunction include:


  • Accidents/Other Injuries
  • Improper Form
  • Muscle Adhesions
  • Muscle Imbalance (Synergist/Antagonist Issues)
  • Over-training/Overuse
  • Poor Posture
  • Post-Surgical Scar Tissue Development
